Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between OLO-G Games Inc. (the "Company") and users regarding the use of the mobile game <Go! Raddy> and related services (the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

"User" means any person who uses the Service under these Terms. "Paid Content" means in-game currency, items, and other content purchased by a User for consideration.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect upon being posted in the Service or on the official website. The Company may amend the Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will announce amendments — including the effective date and reasons — at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to Users).

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of the Service)

The Company provides the game service and notice/support channels. The Company may modify all or part of the Service as operationally or technically necessary, and will announce significant changes in advance.

Article 5 (Paid Content and Payment)

Purchases of Paid Content follow the payment methods of each app market (Google Play, App Store). Probability information for randomized items is available on the official website's drop rates page and in-game before purchase.

If a minor makes a purchase without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or their guardian may cancel the payment in accordance with applicable law. Cancellation may be limited if the minor used deception to appear to be an adult.

Article 6 (Withdrawal and Refunds)

Withdrawal of purchase and refunds for Paid Content follow applicable law and each app market's refund policy. Users may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of the purchase date; however, withdrawal may be limited for content that is used or applied immediately upon purchase, where such limitation has been disclosed. Content that has already been used may be ineligible for refund, and refunded content may be reclaimed. Repeated refunds obtained through improper means may result in restricted access to the Service. Overpayments will be refunded in full.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users must not: use the game through abnormal means (hacking, macros, bug exploitation, etc.); misappropriate another person's account or information; transfer, lend, or sell their account to another person; interfere with the operation of the Service; or engage in any other conduct that violates applicable law.

Article 8 (Restriction of Use)

If a User violates Article 7, the Company may take measures including warnings, item reclamation, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension of access. The Company will notify the User of the reason and duration of such measures via in-game notification, mailbox, or notice, and the User may file an objection through the support channel.

Article 9 (Suspension and Termination of the Service)

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, server failures, and similar reasons; where advance notice is impracticable, notice may be given afterward. If the Service is to be permanently discontinued, the Company will announce this at least 30 days before the termination date, and unused paid currency will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and consumer dispute resolution standards.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for Service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or telecommunications carrier failures. With respect to free portions of the Service, the Company bears no liability except as specifically provided by applicable law.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes relating to the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the parties will endeavor to resolve disputes through mutual consultation. If consultation fails, users in Korea may apply for mediation with the Content Dispute Resolution Committee (kcdrc.kr) or the Korea Consumer Agency; lawsuits are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
