1. Information We Collect
OLO-G Games Inc. (the "Company") may collect the following information to provide the <Go! Raddy> service.
- Collected automatically: device identifiers, OS version, gameplay records (stage progress, item usage, etc.), advertising identifiers
- Provided by you when contacting support: in-game nickname, message content, device information, (optional) email address for replies, (optional) screenshots/video links
- Payment information: payments are processed by Google Play / the App Store; the Company does not directly collect or store payment instrument details such as card numbers
2. Purposes of Collection
- Providing the game service and saving progress data
- Improving service quality, such as bug fixes and balance tuning (statistical analysis)
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Serving ads and measuring their performance
3. Third-Party Disclosure, Processing & International Transfer
The Company does not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or upon lawful request by investigative authorities.
To operate the service, processing is entrusted to the following external services, which may involve the international transfer of personal information. Each service's privacy policy also applies.
- Google LLC (USA) — Firebase / Google Analytics (analytics), AdMob (advertising): device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and usage records are transferred and stored over the network during service use — Google Privacy Policy · AdMob Policy
- Google LLC (USA) — Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive/Gmail): receiving and managing support inquiries and sending reply emails — message content, nickname, and (optional) email address are transferred and stored
- Google Play / Apple App Store (payment processing)
4. Retention and Deletion
Collected information is deleted without delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled or upon your deletion request. However, information that must be retained for a certain period under applicable law (e.g., payment records for 5 years and consumer complaint/dispute records for 3 years under Korean e-commerce law) is kept for that period. Email addresses provided with support inquiries are used solely to reply to you.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To request deletion of your account data, please contact us through the support channel. Personalized ads based on advertising identifiers can be limited in your device settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we become aware that such information was collected without parental/guardian consent, we will delete it without delay.
7. Security Measures
The Company takes technical and administrative measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and minimized access privileges.

9. Remedies

10. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will announce it on the official website's news page at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
