🐕 The meaning of the name
The name OLO-G holds two minds.
‘oroji’ (오로지) — to focus wholeheartedly on what matters to us.
‘-ology’ — to study and dig in relentlessly toward true mastery.
olog… nudge the o and l a little closer and doesn't it look like dog? 🐶 Friendly but sincere — that's our kind of wit.
🧭 Mission
First, we have to be happy. No overtime, earning well, fun work, good people. Everyone's conditions for happiness differ, but we all share one thing: if I'm not happy right now, none of this means anything.
Next, our players have to be happy. We think from the perspective of every kind of player, building gifts that bring fun, wonder and joy.
Finally, the world has to be happy. Happy makers pass happiness to players, and happy players pass it on to those around them. That's how the world grows, even a little, happier.
🔍 Vision
It was only natural that OLO-G started with games — there's no better starting point for adding fun and happiness to everyone's lives. But what about people who dislike games? We believe no one truly dislikes games — they just haven't met the right one for them yet.
OLO-G's stage isn't limited to games. Comics, music, culture — anything that makes people happy. Our goal isn't the grand one of inventing what never existed; rather, we'll seek out beautiful values we've forgotten and share them in our own way.
